I'm a production manager from Southern California with a passion for educating! Unlike other career coaches I classify myself as a working coach. I continue to develop my career in the lumber industry while helping you replicate my success. It is my desire that through my teachings you will be able to quit the job you dread and elevate into a career that excites and energizes.

I aim to be the affordable solution amongst other consultants. You should not have to pay $180+ for an hour of consultation or $200+ for a one size fits all product.

In 2017 I found myself dissatisfied with my job in many ways. I was underpaid, never challenged, and I struggled to stay motivated. After graduating college, I knew I had to make a change.
Through trial and tribulation, I found my calling and now I want you to do the same! Each is a culmination of tactics designed to take you from job to CAREER. I use personal experiences as a case study of how I stopped the daily grind and stepped into my full potential.
